Good sleep habits may not seem like the most important aspect of college life you need to focus on, but is an integral step you must take if you want to succeed.

Okay, maybe I'm being a bit dramatic, but running on four hours is a murder when you have Linear Algebra and Introduction to Digital Systems later in the morning, followed by Data Structures and Algorithms and Classical Physics at a later date.  By reading this article you can get the best information about sleeping tips.

A good night's sleep brings good working day, and the day’s good job of bringing good test scores and grades.

Here are some sleep tips to help you get a good night's sleep.

1. GO TO BED. Yes. This is an amazing discovery made in my 19 years of existence. Well, to be more specific, I would discover in time that may be about 10 I was in a state of fatigue, but for some reason I'm not going to hit the bed up to 12 +. This probably does not apply to everyone.

2. Clear your mind. So it will be one in the morning and I was tired and I finally got myself into bed. But then, my brain decided to inquire about every little thing on the next day and unfortunately, it was 2 in the morning and I still have not slept.

3. Comfort. Now here is a very strange thing about me. While most people have some shorts or other forms of comfortable clothes for bed time, I discovered that I was the most comfortable bed in my jeans or jean shorts or whatever I wear during the day.
